I ordered a spare part for my vacuum cleaner at Hirschs service dept. on a Saturday morning 6 weeks ago. I was told I would receive a call that Monday to give me the cost and the date I could collect.1 week passed with no call received. I then called them, to be told they were waiting for parts from the warehouse and would call me when they arrived. This was to take about 2 weeks. They said they have my number and details. I am still waiting for that call.
