We bought a second hand Cery QQ on 8 May 2013 from CMH Fiat/Alpha West Rand.
Johan Myburg was the sales person, There were some problems that would be repaired by CMH on their account which included: the ECU module that was faulty, as the central locking and immobiliser was not working.
Johan Myburg informed us that we will have to wait for the above mentioned parts, as they have to be imported and this may take some time.
We contacted him numerous times with no response. We then took it upon ourselves to contact Amalgamated Automobile Disturbers Randburg Newlands (AAD) directly. They informed us they had 5 of the given parts in their store the whole time. while we were waiting for feedback since May, but unfortunately we could not get the part as they had to receive the go ahead from Johan Myburg.
He informed us everything has been arranged with a Gina, and that the car can be taken to AAD for the necessary to be done. When we contacted Johan Myburg to receive the order number his phone number was no longer in use. We paid for the repairs ourselves while they were still responsible, which amounted to R3044.83, this is unacceptable.
