TERRIBLE SERVICE-YOU ARE NOT IMPORTANT!!!

A serious of events happened.
First we come into the store (sometime between last week of August and first week of September) and no one even attends to us till we approach them, and we decided to just let it go. We then fill an application form for finance and we submit the application to the guy who is using Brandon's email (don't know his name), then they lose our papers or some story like that. My partner contacts them after a week and asks them whether they heard anything concerning the application to find that they didn't submit in the first place. The loan gets approved on Monday (16 Sep) at Cpt branch but they never informed us. Then we contact the JD group directly to find out what's happening, they tell us that we got the finance, We go to motomia to fetch the scooter on Saturday (21 Sep) and they tell us a story about how the Cpt branch has to override the prices and stuff and they assure us that it will be ready on Monday morning, guaranteed, . We go back the next Monday (24 Sep) and more stories. We have to follow up calling them always and they never inform us. TERRIBLE service..WE ARE MAKING A SMALL PURCHASE AND THEREFORE WE ARE NOT IMPORTANT! your service!
