Good day,
Last week Wednesday (08/01/2014) I submitted an online application for a private finance to purchase a vehicle. I then called to find out the status and it was said that the loan can only be financed to a value of R000000 which was understandable. It was said I should email the necessary documents through, which I did - see attachment and someone will call me.
Up until yesterday (16/01/2014) someone calls me to say that my finance application is approved??? One whole week later... in the application it is stated within 4 hours...???
By now I lost the deal and I said to this person who called me that he should please email me a contact name and number as I am still in the market to find a vehicle. He said that he cannot email me, which I don't understand but will sms me the details - still waiting, should I wait till next week???
I have a long and good record with Wesbank and FNB and I have no other intention to look for a more professional service elsewhere.
Awaiting your urgent response...
Still no response today, lets see if we get a more quicker response through Hello Peter???
