New Motomia Scooter breaking down after one day

I bought a new Motomia 170 Scooter from Motomia Cape Town on Wednesday 13 March 2013.
The salesman promised delivery Friday, Saturday latest.
With no feedback on the progress on Friday, I phoned in on Saturday morning. I got there feeling, that they were in no hurry to do a delivery.
I took the bus from Tableview to Cape Town, and took delivery of the Scooter at 13:10h.
On Sunday the bike broke down about 2km from my house.
I reported this on the Motomia website, and got a call from the Regional Manager at 0800am on Monday morning.
They collected the bike on Monday & returned it the same day.
The bike broke down again on Tuesday morning with the same problem, this time in Melkbos.
After a phone call to the Cape Town Branch, I was able to kickstart the bike. I was told to bring the bike in to the Cape Town shop, with not too much sympathy from the Sales person.
I lodge a complaint again on the website, without any response.
My experience with Motomia Cape Town is, that if you do not contact them, they think the problem will just go away.
I am now having to inconvenience myself by trying to find time to take the bike into Town from Tableview, and then having to take the bus back hom
