Bad service

On the 1st of September I went to engen garage to fill up the car to my surprise the petrol attendant where sleeping in a small room. I had to hoot to catch their attention and when one of the guy named Homeboy came out he asked me why am I hooting and I told him that I have been waiting for long, I then told him that's bad service a customer shouldn't wait for so long to be assisted, he then walked away without helping me, another guy came and assisted me. as if that's not enough yesterday I went there cause my car needed oil. Upon arrival I parked and waited for more than 10 minutes and another car came and parked behind me and the petrol attendant assisted the guy who came after me, I then got off the car and asked one Mr Siphiwe why he was helping that guy that came after me and I have been waiting for long, he then came and asked if I wanted petrol and I said no I want oil he said aaahh uzozi thelela ke meaning I will pour the oil myself. I had to go inside the garage and buy the oil and no one seemed to assist as they were all laughing, I then asked the lady at the counter to give me the Managers number and she said the Manager does not answer his phone. Bad service at its BEST.
