After going to a fnb branch last saturday I decided to apply for a fnb credit card. The employee of the branch submitted the application and told me it will take around 3 to 5 working days.
Because I need to card to travel to europe soon I told him I only need it if it doesn't take much longer, since I would be in my flight already by then.
He then called the credit card department to find out what supporting documents they requier from me. Only 3 month payslip they said. I went in on monday morning to the branch to drop of the payslips.

When I called the creditcard department on wednesday, they told me the copies they received were of a bad quality and I needed to re-send them. Also they now asked for my work contract. (Why did it took 2 days and why did they not contact me, I had to call them to find out the status)

I went directly to the branch and they re-submitted all the documents.

Friday morning I received a sms saying that the documents submitted were again of bad quality, so I went back to bbranch, and they were going to re-submit them again for me.

So now it already took a whole week, I think I should cancel this whole card
