STAFF MADE MISTAKE

I applied for an urgent loan, I went to do the application by the Brits Branch, in the Brits Shopping Mall, now I was assisted by one consultant the Monday, but I had to bring in a letter of appointment, so I went back on Thursday, 10 October 2013, another lady assisted me, after the application was done she forgot to change the code to her code, so the manager said that the application had to be rejected and that she would send an email to whoever to explained what happened. I did inform them that I will not be able to come back as I work 7 days a week and that it is very difficult for me to get off work, now almost 4 days later after phoning African Bank to find out how far my application is I was informed the branch did not send it through, I phoned the branch and Portia said that Louis, the manager was supposed to have signed it off, that did not happened, she did however phone me back and informed me that the application must be done over, I find this unexcetable as it was not my fault, I CANNOT GET OFF WORK TO DO THIS AGAIN AND THIS IS REALLY AN EMERGENCY. please assist!!!
