Bad Service!!!

I was informed by automagic it would only take one week to repair the damage to my vehicle. On the date when I expected to receive my vehicle I was informed its not ready. I received no reason or and apology. I think their conduct is totally unacceptable as not only is it causing me unnecessary inconvenience but also financial loss.
