I visited automagically and made payment for excessive to have my car repaired. Unfortunately a day later my car was. I immediately called automagic and informed them about this. Three months later I was still awaiting my refund.

I then personally went to automagic and I have never in my life been treated in such a rude manner. I was told to come back as they did not have the. Money. We ended up in a verbal slinging match with me demanding my money back and ms Patterson telling me that she will pay me when she feels like it.

I did receive my money a week later but. I find the behavior totally unprofessional And unacceptable.

Automagic has a contract with dial direct which is a professional company and it is a poor reflection on them as we'll.
