VW East London Service stinks

My registration FZL 069 EC, the car was towed into their workshop on Friday the 20th of September 2013, when i try to make a follow up i thrown from pillar to post about it where about and what is it exactly what was wrong with it. It took them the whole day today to come back to me after a zillion phone calls i made to day requesting that information. Only to be told at the final hour before closure that they are not even sure what is really wrong with mycar by their so called pathetic manager and there might be parts that they have to order aswell. I'm solo stressed as i will be missing out on a friendswedding that I'm supposed to attend tomorrow morning due to their inconvenience. I will bealsomissing out on a working day on Wednesday trying toxins out in person what is it exactly is wrong with my car.
