Can not stick to turnaround

A couple of days I handed my vehicle in at Automagic in Centurion for a minor cosmetic repair. They informed me that the minimum turnaround is 8 days (which seems excessive for the size of the job) but I agreed.

I have informed them at delivery that I absolutely can not have the vehicle later than the agreed completion date. I was told that they will do all in their power to have it ready on time.

I have just been informed that the vehicle is not ready, they messed up the original job and have to fix it!

I will no have to cancel appointments for tomorrow and hopefully not get into trouble by my employer!

How do you do business like this??!

If I can help it, they will never see me again.
