320I THAT NEED TO BE CHECKED FOR 2DAYS

I took the car for service in April, after that the kilos count down was showing 13000km, till now it doesn't change it is still saying 13000kilos, on several occasions I reported the matter to the dealer ship with no assistant until yesterday on the 5th when I was there, they told me that I have to book the car for 2 days so that they can liaise with the main department computerily and see what is wrong with the car. Today I called them saying that on the 13th I can bring the car in the morning since I will be around polokwane for a meeting (I am staying about 120km from the dealership). I then asked them for a car (courtesy car/or their car, my car is still within the motor plan) because I cannot be able to attend my duties without the car, they said is not possible since the car is not under warranty. it doesn't make sense to me because the car is still under motor plan, I cannot be able to get a courtesy from my insurance since is the technical problem for the dealership, I cannot be able to take leave of absence from work for the 2 days that they need to check the car, must I be stranded? the car is supposed to last me for 100 000kilos or 5 years then will be my responsibility.
