MDS Collivery
Not delivering even after deadline has been extend

I order my Mifi promo deal from Afrihost when the deal became available.
Paid for it and was promised it would be delivered between the 2nd-3rd of September.
I phoned MDS and after a very long battle I finally got my waybill number. 2nd and 3rd came but no delivery.
I tried to phone them again but was only left with listerning to "busy music".
I then left my number for them to phone me back as this was requested by their receptionist.

I never received a call back. I tried to track my Parcel with the waybill number and saw on the MDS site that the deadline was extended to the 6th..
Who are they to just extend the deadline??? They do not inform any clients of this delay.

So i waited and on the 6th still no email or confirmation for delivery. I tried to phone MDS again and after waiting for almost an hour to get someone to help me I was told that my parcel was still in a bag somewhere at there office in Cape town.
I understand that having to deliver thousands of devices is a tall order but why cant they inform us or even phone me back after I gave them my number.
I am very dissapointed .. Not a good start from Afrihost or MDS. Very dissapointed with MDS.
