BMW South Africa
Bad Customer Treatment/Service

Cars & Transport

This might sound very distorted for I held this dealership very highly over the years until I took my car for service prior to the Motor Plan expiring. I took the car to the dealership on 2012-02-01 with motor plan expiring on 2013-02-03. Upon diagnosis, it was discovered that there were parts that needed to be replaced for which the BMW Motor plan must approve apparently, well I guess they did as some point. I called the dealership on numerous occasions to find out about the status of my car but was fed with insufficient information for which it wasn't the After-Sales consultant's fault but rather he was just a messenger. I really need the car as I have important business meetings to attend for which I brought them to their attention. I requested a BMW loan car during the period for which they are still battling to fix the car from the manager which I know they could make a plan but I was told they don't have a car for me and that I should consider renting a car in the meantime. How could they even say that? I feel very ill treated as their loyal client and the treatment I received would leave me with no option but to reconsider my dearlership repairs/service provider.
