320I THAT NEED TO BE CHECKED FOR 2DAYS

In April 2013, i took a car for service the count down kilos was 13000km, it never changed i reported the matter to the dealership in polokwane on several cases with no assistant, on the 5th when i was there for a light repair i also reported it, they said they will need a car for 2 days, then i called them today on the 6th saying i can bring the car on the 13th and also requesting courtesy car from them since is the technical problem from their side i cannot request the courtesy car from my insurance, they refused saying is not under warrant but the car is still under motor plan, and is their technical problem, i have to work, i cannot take 2 days leave is not possible, must i be stranded because of their technical error on the car, the car is supposed to last me for 100 000kilos or 5 years before it can give me problems.
