No problem letting me drive with failed brakes

Miscellaneous

I phoned your dealership yesterday to arrange for a walk-in for my Ford Ranger, since the brakes are failing. I was advised that I can bring my vehicle in but that I will have to wait until someone gets a chance to have a look at it, since it wasn't booked in.

I got to the dealership 15min later. When I started to book my vehicle in, I was told that you got 21 breakdowns in yesterday and that my vehicle will probably not be looked at for "the next couple of days".

When I asked the service agent what she thinks I am supposed to do for transport, either drive with a vehicle with failing brakes or walk to work, I got a lacklustre pull up of the shoulders.

Now the fact that my vehicle with low km on the clock has failing brakes, is not my problem. The fact that your dealership has 21 broken down vehicles to be attended to, is not either. What is a problem to me, is that I have spent lots of money on a vehicle, and I am not getting service.
You could have offered to get another service centre to look at my vehicle, you could have offered a courtesy car to me, since the vehicle is still under warranty, but you did nothing.

Please explain / jutify not even answering my email?
