I would like to express my disappointment that I received from Audi Northcliff, December 2013 I had a problem with my gears, and the following day I took the car to the dealership as is still udder motor plan. After tree days I went to find out about the car and it was not done yet, they apologies and promise to attend to it. The following day I was informed that they can not repair the car because it was drivers negligent and I have to pay R 70 000, 00 for the damage. I then ask Audi SA to intervene then I was told that they can not help since it stipulate the conditions of Audi Freeway Plan. This week I contacted them and ask them to cover what is on the motor plan and they refuse. I wanted to take my car and I was told to pay of which I don't understand because this car is still new and is not my first Audi to buy there. I don't think I will buy again Audi after this experience with them.
