Bad service

I took my car for 135 000Km service at CMH Toyota in Alberton on the 15th of August, the service I got there was below par. I left the car there in the morning and when I called during the day I could not get hold of my service advicer, I left a message and she did not call me back. I only got hold of her around 3pm to advice on what else they needed to do on my car. I was then told that my car would be ready at 5pm. When I got there to collect my car my service advisor was nowhere to be seen, I was not even told what was done on my car. I was given the receipt and I paid and left.

Now 2 weeks later, my handbrake is not working properly and I have to pull it all the way up (beyong the point where it has ever been pulled to, in the 5 years that I have owned the car).

I will never take my car to this Toyota dealer again.
