Unprofessional Service

Firstly, they miss the delivery time. Secondly the delivery guy says that, he's been instructed not to enter our work premises and I must see him in the street (highly unprofessional). Lastly, I rent property and therefore have an affidavit by the owner as proof of address. He does not want to accept the proof of address stating it has to be in my own name. I do not own property! If this is indeed the case??? How will I ever obtain delivery of anything from the Bank, ever? The bank has accepted the affidavit in all other instances.
