I am very off with Toyota SA, as per my attachments I have had problems with my new Toyota I bought almost 3 years ago, in the beginning the radio was cracking every time my radio was put on, eventually it was sorted out, then the demister stopped working, every time I had the car back to Toyota Bedford view they said they will sort it out and it was not done, in December 2012 (45000 km service) I was told that it is an issue with PG Glass to sort the window out, I heard nothing from Toyota and in February 2013 I phoned to enquire what is going on and I was told that Toyota Bedford view spoke to Toyota SA and I was told I (the customer) must sort it out, never mind I had the problem since I bought the car, I told them I am taking it further and was told hold on they will sort it out, it is now the 14th March 2013, after not hearing from Toyota I went to find out what is going on, I was told that Toyota sa refuses to sort the problem out and that it is my problem to sort out, when I asked if I could get copies of my file, I was given the run around and I was told the dealer principle is not available,

So explain why is it my problem.
