Disgusting Customer Service

My elderly mother took her Toyota Conquest for its 60000km service, paid CMH Toyota Alberton in good faith, but the very next day the car broke down. The services of an independant mechanic had to be obtained and paid for as she was unable to take the car back to Toyota. Upon inspection this mechanic confirmed that the person at Toyota who performed the so called "service " on the car got the plug firing sequence completely wrong, the air filter was not replaced and the brake fluid not drained. Needless to say, we are furious about the disgusting service, or rather non service received, and will never again trust or make use of CHM Toyota Alberton. If this report only serve to warn other unsuspecting potential customers and to inform as many people of how CMH Toyota Alberton exploits the elderly (and any other customer, ) it will have served its purpose.
