Toyota has useless service and no customer care

I would never recommend a Toyota. I have bought a Toyota and have had problems with it in every possible way. The servicing is poor. The quality of the car has proven to be useless. After 45 000km I have had to pay for the front brakes. Toyota has admitted to having inferior quality brake systems due to environment friendly parts. They have designed that car in such a way that you could endanger your life by travelling in the car and their solution for this is to buy more Toyota products. In other words you have to buy a car with parts that won't last and designed in such a way that you are forced to further invest in Toyota. Please do not buy a Toyota if you are looking for quality. The customer service is extremely poor as after raising the matter, I have had no response from Toyota. Do not expect quality from Toyota and the brand Toyota is the only thing that they have left. It is a matter of time before people realise that Toyota is not a quality brand. So please do not fall into the trap of buying a Toyota. Toyota service managers care about the money that they recieve and nothing more.
