A service adviser by the name of Maritjie Scholtz. Told me that Toyota SA will not except warranty claims on broken goods, I then asked her if anything on the car broke due to bad/poor workmanship or quality, would this mean that the claim would not be paid. So the backseat of my wwife's car is broken instead of submitting a claim my wife is told that the seat has been pulled upward. I feel that Toyota bruma is great when you there to buy the car after sales service is rather shoddy. There was no positive outcome even after Mr Manager by the name Henk was called. I have owned many a car in my life, this is however my first Toyota and Bruma has really managed to set out a very bad example about Toyota service. Contrary to the former slogan. Everything keeps going right " Toyota"

My worst dealer experience ever. Thanks to Toyota Bruma.

I must mention that when buying the vehicle best sales lady helped us by the name of Agnes to the point that we gave her the business of buying a service plan extension, this was purely because of her professional nature of doing business. So you can understand the anti climax.
