Bad service N1City McCarthy Toyota

I took my car in for its first service at McCarthy Toyota N1 city on the 07.11.13 and made sure I was there at 7am to be first in line (despite my colleagues advising me not to use that branch due to a bad experience they had as well).

The service advisor Jeremiah asked when I need the car back and we arranged to collect at 3pm. At 14:20 I received a call from him to say my car will ready at 3pm. I arrived at the service centre 15:45 as I had to leave work first. When I got there the car was not ready as promised. no one knew where my car was and why it was not ready. I only left the service centre at 16:45.

Really a waste of my time!
