Pathetic Sub-standard Service

My vehicle was booked in this morning for a service. Its now 18:10 and after three calls from myself to them to find out whats happening, i still haven't received any communication as to what's happening with regards to my vehicle. I don't know how I'm getting home from work. I never want to take my vehicle back there for a service or for anything for that matter.
