I booked my vehicle in at barons n1 city for a simple oil change the vehicle returns with iratic idling. I took the vehicle back the very next day and was told that the breather valve needed to be replaced but they had no stock and would take 3-4 day to arrive. I returned when they had the part but this never fixed the problem. I was then told that I need to book the vehicle in for 2 day so they can try to find the fault. So tuesday I booked the vehicle in and very efficiently received a call back couple of hours later stating that once again I had to wait they needed parts. I was promised that the vehicle would be ready on thursday. Yesterday they foned at 11 to say that they waiting for response from motorite and would get back to me. I eventually called at 3 and was told still no response from motorite and would get back to me. I also called motorite and was told that vw was asked to submit a quote which they never did since 11. So this morning I spoke to vw customer care and was told in a hour ill receive a call back. Up until now no call back from barons n1 city neither from vw customer care. This is pathetic customer service. And I took in a perfect car for a oil change.
