Bad Service

So I bought a brand new car inPretoria, Arcadia McCathy VW on the 31st of july the service was nice, and I only drove to the Eastern Cape and i overheated. I was assisted by the Port Elizabeth team to tow it to the nearest dealer to be fixed they offered me a car to drive back to Gauteng with, so that when I arrive I would go to Arcadia and they can help me with a courtesy car.
but the Arcadia team was just too lazy, they didnt even reply to my emails and when I finally called the manager, he said he will not give me any car for use in the mean time and mind you I was inconvinienced by their brand new car in-which they helped finance and now I was back on taxis... but when it comes to fixing up errors it was a problem for them.
So I have to wait for my car to be fixed and transported to me by Port Elizabeth team who is very helpful and they deserve a medal.
