Damaged vehicle without any explanation?

One Tuesday, 17 Sept, my vehicle was booked in at N1 City. The vehicle was returned on Thursday, 19 Sept. When entering my garage (as the vehicle was collected in the pouring rain at N1 City) I noticed that my vehicle's back rear bumper was damaged. I started phoning Barons with the phone ringing off the hook at both the service desk and at the service adviser. AFter 7 calls to each Thursday and numerous calls on Friday, I googled for a general number to phone. Got through and was assisted by a lady who promised that Christelle will phone me back regarding the incident. Well, 2 hours later and still no call back. Seriously, I hand in my spotless vehicle and get it full of scrapes and you do not return my call? How on earth do you run a business if no one is answering their calls? Surely you can activate voicemail so that customers can leave messages without having to phone all the time?
