Not Happy with the service at all

I had an accident on the 20th of December 2012, got the car hire on the 21st. Nothing ws done till the 7th of Jan were an assesor was sent to check the damage on the vehicle. I then went to the offices to find out whats happening as they never call, on the 10th i was told that the vehicle will be written off. Fine so what happens from here, i ws told to bring all the vehicle documents through, which i did on the 11th of Jan, as i did that i was told that they have appointed an external investigator who will contact me, i had to call now n then to find out whats happening with the investigator, i was then contacted by the investigator, whom i gave averything. He then complited his report and sent it to discovery. On the 30th i got an sms confirming that the claim has been approved. The carhire was extended till the 4th, on Monday before going to work i went to discovery again as i had to follow them around to check whats happening, i was then told that the payment was done on Friday i have to return the carhire. Today as i havent received payment i call discovery again and now i am told something else. What apain to have your claim done with discovery. I not happy at all with this...
