Generally we complain more than we compliment, with my experience of servicing my vehicle at Barons VW on Edwin Swales was as follows, Service to the highest standard, all the way from booking my vehicle, to the service advisor and the service team as a whole. Never have I experienced such great service before, considering that I have also two other vehicles inculding a luxury German Brand. I opted for the Xpress service that Barons is currently offering, as they promised, in under an hour my vehicle was serviced and valeted, and ready for the road, and the best part of my experience was the price, previous to facilitating the service, I called five VW dealerships within Durban central, facilitated a comparison between five VW dealers in Durban, and Barons was the most cost effective, I could not understand the reason for the price difference with the other VW dealerships, however all I can say is "Barons Service Team Keep Your Flag Flying High" Well Done.
