I was phoning in about stock a part that I need for my car. Once I got through to speak to the salesman and to tell him what I was looking for he already had a attitude. He kept asking me for a part number because a person who called in prior (my step dad) had tried and was getting the wrong quote. This sales man had a attitude problem and then put me on hold because he said this will take long. When he put me back on to ask me again I told him the exact name as per their website NR induction kit for mk1 carburetor he carried on about part numbers. Someone then spoke in the back round and he asked me if I heard. I replied no. He then said it was his manager moaning about him not taking five quotes. Why should I spend my money if I can't be with a little respect and decency. I actually wonder how they still in business with a bull atitude like that to payin customers
