I ordered turbo charger for my car last year december from ANR Spares, I got the details of the spares from the website. Sales guy called me upon receiving my request and told me he has the part for me, but asked me to give him the VIN, Model, year etc so that he gets the right part for me. I did as he requested and deposited R6500 into ANR Spares account. He then Corriered the part to me and upon receipt of turbo I had to pay R400 for the Corrier. When I opened the part I realized that part was incorrect. I then called him and explained the situation, he then apologized and asked me to send it back to get the correct part, that was done and again he called me to give him the VIN number, Model etc in order to get the part, this was done. He then sent it to me and upon receipt I paid another R400 for the Corrier. Upon opening I found that again this part was the incorrect part. I repeated the above steps and this time he asked me to also send my original part so that he can make a comparison with it whilst searching for it, again this was done. He again sent me the wrong part, i called and wanting to get my refund cause clearly he does not have the part, no response.
