I paid a product together for ems courier. Courier brought the item on the 30tht but I was informed that the paper that had the customs value was missing. He was informed by his office to return the box - he informed me that it would be delivered the next day. Tried to contact ems via their website & got email that my email was been ffwded to Christina & Phillipine. I spent the whole of 6th trying to call Christina who is the Supervisor but was constantly cut off. Christina has not responded to any of my emails/telephone calls. I sent email upon emails asking what was going on - no response. I sent an email informing them that I was going to complain on Hello Peter & only then did I get a response asking me to sent proof of payment - from my supplier to release the box. Phillipine called me not introducing herself screaming and asking me for the hard proof also. I sent the proof and have today sent another email asking them whether this item was been delivered to me today. I have received no response. I have paid for ems courier rates - and expect the service that they promise. They don't care about answering their phones/emails (none end with signatures) or service.
