The worst service eve

I battled for 2 weeks to get a quote from Audi on a part for my car. Every time I phoned there was always a long wait, I was often put through to the wrong person. I was finally given a quote for the part for which I paid. When I asked for a quote to fit the part I was curtly told to contact their workshop. I complained to the customer call center & the dealer principle. Both assured me they would get back to me. No feedback received. I have subsequently emailed the deal Principal (Denton Thiele), but two days later have still heard nothing. I will never buy another Audi in my life.
