Needed a wheel hub & the branch where I live Richards bay didnt have stock & as I was going to Joburg in a few days I though Id get it there. Went to GW Randburg to get the part, I told the guy at the counter Im from RB & asked him to double check & make sure that its the right part. Now back home I took the car in & when the mechanic tried to fit it, it doesn't fit! I went to GW RB whom were very clued up & ordered THE RIGHT PART NO PROBLEM. Which I had to pay R4000 cause my car is stuck in the shop otherwise I just paid the mechanic labour for nothing! Now Im trying to get a refund on the wrong part & its like pulling teeth. When I called, the guy says I must courier the part up (so now I must pay some more for their up) & when I asked to speak to manager he puts me through to some other guy I asked that guy for the manager, he said the managers busy can he take my number the manager will call me. After 2 days still no call called again got the manager this time, asked him why he didnt call, they never told him anything according to him. I told him what happened, he said see what he can do & call me, 6 days still nothing! Once they paid they don't give 2 S!!
