Autostlye Motorsport will not return my item :(

I purchased a usb mp3 player on the 29 june 2013 . The sales man assured me that the front loader was the correct one for my setup and it was not. I went back the same day querying to return the item the sales person advised there was a setting that need to be changed. I went home and still it does not work. I went back to autostyle on Sunday and explained that its not working with my setup and the sales person advised the manager will not change it and there's nothing he can do. They have 7 day return period for what if they do not want to return it? This is madness. I will never purchase anything from autostyle again!!!
