Vodacom Repairs Sandton Staff Bad Attitude

I took my Samsung to Vodacom Repairs Sandton to have the screen fixed on a Saturday and was told the phone will be fixed and ready for collection the following Tuesday. I was told how much it will cost and I accepted the quote. I then received a call from the call centre on the Monday informing me of the cost. I told the person I spoke to that I knew the cost and had already accepted the quote on the Saturday. She told me that they hadn't ordered the part yet and it would take 48 hours for the part to arrive and then the phone would be fixed. I asked her how long it would take and the attitude that I got from the call centre person was disgusting to say the least.
She was grumpy, unhelpful and had a really bad attitude. She was cheeky and told me that she wasn't going to tell me when it will be ready. I asked her for her name and she said she won't tell me her name as she didn't want me to complain about her. I was so angry and flabbergasted at the bad attitude I put the phone down. I phoned back the next day for an update on the status of my phone and got the same person with the same bad attitude. I asked why she had such and attitude and she told me she was human and
