Bought my mini cooper from smg durban, the mini dealership then relocated to umhlanga after 3 weeks of having the car, the turbo blew, the windows stop working. I had to then take the car back to be fixed after 2 months the engine blew. The turbo then blew again after a month, I am paying for a car that a dealership has in their worksh more than I do. I then told them after the first month that I don't want the car and want a replacement which to my surprise I am advised 8 months later that they have a mini cooper than is priced r5000 less than the mini I bought 8 months ago but they only willing to give me 100 000 for my car which I paid 175000 so now I owe them 75000 if I want another car. Service is pathetic you have to phone and beg for help I have left 10 messages in aweek for management to call me wrt to a motivation that he had supposedly sent to motorplan which they did not receive and I am yet to receive a call. The integrity and ethics of the motor industry is shocking as the customer certainly means nothing and service is @ its peak when purchasing a vehicle and its clear you can't even trust a reptable dealership to do right by the customer.
