Mini Northcliff repaired serviced my car a few months ago, as it kept cutting out when I would come to a stop street or red light. Got my car returned and still the issue was not resolved. All they did was update the onboard computer and made my dad pay an arm and a leg for not resolving the actual fault. I also asked them to check the battery. Months later, (still having the car cut out on every trip), I took the car back for the SAME problem. Mini kept the car for almost a week, the second time round and did not check the things I had asked them to check. Nor did the requested mechanic work on my vehicle either. After the second visit and service, my car was returned. When trying to start my car from home the next day however, it wouldn't. The mechanic had to come to my house to take the car away and put in a brand new battery. All in all, it cost an arm and a leg. The service was shocking. With employees phoning and saying my surname incorrectly as well as calling me Mrs. It is clear to me that there is no internal communication. It was by far the most expensive and the biggest pain in my life! Next time I will not be going back to Mini Cooper Northcliff.
