Charged for 2 cars instead of one, No change still

I took on my first contract with Altech in 2010 when I bought my first car, a Yaris. So, when I changed the car, from Yaris to Mini Cooper S 2012 model, I transferred and renewed the contract because it had not expired. In 2013, I bought another car, a Mini Cooper S 2013 model. I was advised by Wilma Jordaan at your Bloemfontein office to take on an offer of:1. R125 per month.2.Cancel the old tracker from the Mini Cooper 2012 car instead install a new one on the Mini Cooper S 2013 car.
So, I did. However, the first instalment that went off last month (01 May) was R329, instead of R125...! So, I notified Altech through Wilma Jordaan, whom I signed the contract with. She promised to fix it and I believed her but two weeks later, there was still no solution/no update..! So, I contacted her again Thursday (30 May 2013) in order to avoid the next instalment from repeating the same mistake. Wilma made a call to a "creditor" she said, and told me that she is fixing it and she will call me the following day to update me. I am still waiting and there is no update...! The next problem, the 01 st of June instalment deducts R240, instead of R125. I sent an email to [Email Removed] .
