Good experience with buying a 2nd hand ca

Bought a Land Rover Discovery 3 from Funnell Cars with relatively high mileage but well looked after and with service history. Done the test drive and found all to be well - hence signed the sales agreement. When driving the car later the same day during the night and this time with all windows up and the radio off I sensed a tiny little noise that seemed to come from the transmission. Went to see the seller the next day and they got me into contact with a reputed Land Rover workshop. The Discovery remained in the workshop for 4 days as the gear box needed to be flushed and the transmission fluid changed. Funnell Cars provided me with a similar car (Pajero long version) in instant and at no charge. The guys paid the the repair / oil change without any hassles for me. The owner and I simply discussed the issue over the phone and everything was sorted by them.
I can only recommend Funnell Cars - it is a also a very reassuring fact that the owner lives on the same premises where his business is.
Bradley Funnell (the owner) and Wayne Le Roux (the sales manager) are very reasonable "salt of the earth" people. I'd do business with them any time again
