BMW DON'T ACCEPT AA DIAGNOSIS

A Mini Cooper S was bought and tested by the AA. They found a steering pump leak. Auto Bruma do not accept AA reports and refuted this. At 80 000km the steering pump has seized and there is a problem with the ignition system which left me high and dry on the side of the road. Bruma Auto take no responsibility nor are they interested in assisting with what we believe was a problem created by their attitude. Whatever happened to better safe than sorry? I would say Bruma Auto knew that by the time the problem actually surfaced it would be out of motor plan. They were dead right!! Now besides two diagnostics at R741.00 and towing they are charging me for storage of the car which Yolande originally agreed to. In a word, shameful!! Think twice before you go the BMW route!
