Disappointing Service

On 15/05/2013 my vehicle, a Ford Figo was taken to Ford Lazarus (Centurion) for it's yearly service. I purchased my vehicle here, brand new, and kept on going back for my vehicle's services here because I received great service for 2 years. Then on this specific occasion I requested that they rotate the wheels as well. When I got my vehicle back, it was not done. I spoke to Chantelle and e-mailed her the proof that I did request the wheels to be rotated as per Job Card 20R84140. She simply said that I need to bring my vehicle back and they will do it for me. I live in Hartbeespoort... They are situated in Centurion... Now I have to drive /-60km and pay for my own petrol because THEY slipped up??? I told her that either they pay my petrol, and I will gladly bring back my vehicle or they pay Continental Tyres R60 so they can do it for me, but I requested the wheels to be rotated and THEY did not do their job... I will not pay for their mistakes. It's been 68 days since I reported the issue to Chantelle... I'm STILL waiting... I really wanted to make my relationship with Ford Lazarus a LONG one, but after this, this was the first and the last purchase I did with them.
