Bad service and swapping of items

I serviced my car at Ford Lazarus in Centurion as it is an annual service for my warranty of my vehicle. I was early in the morning at servce lane 1. I advised the lane manger that I require my car at 15:30. When I arrived back my car was not ready and I had to wait till 17:00 which I was not happy with as they said it was being washed. Later during the week when I experienced a problem with a flat tyre from a pothole, I found out that my emergency jack was swapped out and my tyre was different. I went back and complained but the Service Manager was not available and was away at a conference. I was told by the Lane 1 manager that she would report it to him once he gets back and that I would get a call from him. Since then I have recieved no further correspondence or communications from Ford Lazarus.
