2013 FORD FOCUS PROBLEMS FROM DAY ONE

After taking delivery of my BRAND NEW FORD FOCUS ST 2013 on the 25 May 2013 from Ford Nelspruit which I paid R352000, I experienced nothing but problems from day one. Ford Nelspruit was immediately notified about these problems and the vehicle was taken back on the 27 May 2013 for inspection. Due to FORD NELSPRUIT not being able to id the problem even though they acknowledged the problem the vehicle was booked in at Ford White River for a second opinion. The findings were noise coming from the belt tensioner pulley and bearing on top of the engine as well as tapping noise from the timing chain not to mention the car having to go the panel beater to have the door repaired.
Throughout this whole ordeal I have requested a new vehicle, three weeks later and still battling.
The DP Stefan Venter is not willing to assist as he has no knowledge of what customer service is about. If I could give anybody advice do not purchase a vehicle from FORD NELSPRUIT, guaranteed you will have endless problems going forward, there after sales service is shocking to say the least.
As for FORD SA they don't even seem to be of any help.
