LACK OF SUBSTANCE

From various vehicles we send to Ford for their services, they denied one was serviced and was thus told the vehicle has lost its warranty.
After charging my fleet manager in a disciplinary hearing, he supplied evidence that the said vehicle was in fact serviced.
The service was placed under another registration number by Ford.

This allegation has untold consequences for my staff, not to mention days of wasted time and telephone calls.
This ridiculous attitude needs to be attended to forthwith.

This is the second time in 2 weeks we have caught Ford staff telling an untruth.

This has to simply stop. we cannot associate ourselves with a company that relies on to stay in business.
