Excellent service after new vehicle purchase

I Purchased a new 2013 Ford Focus 2.0 GDi Sedan From Lazarus Ford Centurion in August 2013 and have been happily driving it.
last week i noticed that the driver side door is dipping a bit to the inside of the vehicle and i wen to Magda to ask what can be done and she took me to the service department lane 2 where Marilette sits.
She immediately knew what the problem was and made an appointment for the car to be fixed as soon as possible which was in January, but she went further and found a small opening for the 26 November 2013 and she promptly phoned had my car booked for the opening. on the day the car went in she had a courtesy car ready for me while my car was in the shop. i received my car back and the fault was repaired.
i would like to thank Marilette and Magda for doing everything and more to keep me the client happy and would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance in new car sales and especially the service department.
They will do anything they can to keep the client happy.
