I'LL TELL THE WORLD BOUT THIS POOR SERVICE OF GAME

Bought a fridge on the 03/02/2012. was told by the sales lady that item will be delivered on the 07/02/2012. i called the branch after 15h00 on the 07/02/2012 to confirm delivery. No one knew about it seeing that the sales lady was on leave. After my 3rd call i was promised that the item will be delivered on the same day. The following AFTERNOON I called & was promised that they will deliver before 15h00.Delivery only took place at 17h15.The delivery guys insisted on an extra R150.00 apart from the delivery cost already paid to remove the doors and move the item from my entrence area to the kitchen. I called the branch and spoke to Leon. Informed me that it was my duty to pay them even though I was not informed about this prior to purchasing. I told him in that case I'll cancel the deal -dont have an money with me&the fridge was blocking my way to&from the entrance area. Went to the branch, was refunded my purchased amount only &not the delivery cost. I'll rather go to their competitor and pay that extra R 2000.00 (normal selling price) if it means getting customer satisfaction and not withholding crucial information and not making empty promises&know how to treat us! 101%Poor service.
