Late Delivery

According to [URL Removed] if you order and pay before 14h00 the item would be shipped the same day for delivery the next day, well that didnt happen! When i mailed them they responded saying that the courier service will contact me shortly to arrange the delivery, which again didnt happen.

I then had to send another mail the following day asking where my parcel is to which the response was, it will be delivered today and the courier service will contact you to arrange delivery. I asked for them to deliver the Item before 12.00 as it has been 2 days now and it was actually a birthday present, which i was meant to drop off the day before but do you think it was... hahahaha NO!!!

How can you stipulate something on your website and then do the complete opposite???
